Life can be stressful and mentally exhausting, throw in the Covid 19 Pandemic and it feels like more stress than is sustainable. Do I wear a mask or not wear a mask? Should I send my kids to school or do distance learning? I’d like to spend some time with my friends, but I don’t know how many people they have been interacting with. Is it safe to still take our family vacation? Should I send my child to daycare, or am I putting them and others they come into contact with at risk? These are all real questions that make life even more exhausting than it already is.

When we operate at high levels of stress for too long, it can push us outside our “window of tolerance” and, if ignored, it will eventually lead to a complete crash known as Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome.
