This 6-week empowerment & fitness session is designed for girls ages 12-16 who want to build confidence, strength, mobility, flexibility, resilience and prevent injury and burnout in a fun, supportive environment.

"Girl, You Are Strong" is more than just a fitness class—it’s a space for girls to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally while learning to appreciate what their bodies can do withou expectations to peform.

This 6-week empowerment & fitness session is designed to help girls build confidence, strength, and resilience—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • Class Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:30 AM

  • Location given upon registration
