Welcome to Chantel Oakley Fitness, Health, and Leadership Coaching! I’m Chantel Oakley, a dedicated health and wellness coach who is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

 

As a wife and mom to four boys, my journey into coaching is deeply personal, shaped by my own battles with anxiety, disordered eating, self-esteem, burnout, adrenal fatigue, and loss.

Growing up as a collegiate athlete, I learned the value of resilience and determination. However, it wasn’t until I faced my own struggles with mental health and well-being that I truly understood the transformative power of fitness, nutrition, rest, soul care and mental resilience. These experiences ignited a deep passion in me to help others find their strength, confidence, and peace.

With years of experience working with diverse clients, from teenage girls to corporate executives, I have served as an emcee for the FitExpo, led corporate retreats, and delivered keynote speeches on health, wellness, and leadership.

 

My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to holistic well-being, ensuring that each person’s journey is uniquely supported.
